Digivite Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 27 September 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Digivite mobile application and are intended to help protect children and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance: Digivite does not allow content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, sextorts, or otherwise endangers children.

1. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Digivite strictly prohibits the creation, upload, posting, sharing, distribution, requesting, solicitation, promotion, or facilitation of content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
Grooming or attempts to establish sexual contact with a child.
Sextortion or sexual threats involving a child.
Sexual trafficking or exploitation of children.
Requests, links, or instructions intended to facilitate such abuse.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report content or accounts that violate Digivite's safety rules using the reporting functionality available within the app.

3. Action on Reports and CSAM

Digivite reviews reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation and may remove prohibited content, restrict or suspend accounts, and take other appropriate enforcement action.

Digivite does not knowingly permit CSAM to be stored, uploaded, distributed, or shared through the service. When Digivite obtains actual knowledge of prohibited material or exploitation, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and these standards.

4. Cooperation With Authorities

Digivite will cooperate with competent law-enforcement and child-safety authorities when required by applicable law. Confirmed CSAM and other legally reportable child-safety matters will be handled and reported to the appropriate authority as required by applicable law.

5. Enforcement

Accounts and content that violate these standards may be removed or restricted. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, Digivite may suspend or permanently terminate an account and may take additional action where appropriate.

7. Applicable Laws and Safety

Digivite is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Users must not use Digivite to facilitate abuse, exploitation, trafficking, grooming, or any other unlawful activity involving children.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority immediately.
